Zervio Ltd is a software company focused on delivering streamlined business solutions through intuitive, scalable technology. I collaborated with Zervio to elevate their brand presence and support their sales and marketing efforts during a key growth phase. My involvement spanned design, content creation, and UX consultation, working alongside both internal stakeholders and external development teams.
I also led the full design, build, and copywriting of Zervio’s new website. Built with SEO best practices in mind, the site was optimised for performance, mobile responsiveness, and lead generation. This overhaul improved both user experience and search visibility, helping attract and retain potential clients more effectively. Consistent brand messaging and a clear visual hierarchy gave the company a more credible and professional online presence.
To further support outreach and product awareness, I developed a suite of marketing assets tailored to digital platforms, including visuals for social media and promotional content. Additionally, I contributed to UI/UX flow work, collaborating closely with developers and UX experts to refine the user journey within the software itself. These efforts helped ensure a cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints—from marketing through to product use.
