Improveasy Group is a national provider of energy efficiency and home improvement solutions, operating across the UK. I joined the company as their in-house Marketing Manager, tasked with leading a full brand transformation and building a new marketing department to support the business’s ambitious growth plans. Working closely with the Managing Director and Sales Manager, I played a strategic role in driving expansion by creating and executing a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with Improveasy’s commercial objectives.

One of my core responsibilities was leading a full company rebrand, establishing a unified identity that better reflected the business's evolving direction. This included the development of a refreshed marketing strategy, supported by the recruitment and management of a skilled in-house marketing team. Together, we launched cohesive campaigns across digital and traditional platforms, which not only modernised the company’s public image but also contributed to substantial growth in brand awareness and customer engagement.

As part of our digital marketing efforts, I produced a suite of targeted digital display ads, implemented tracking systems, and refined our messaging based on performance data. These efforts directly improved inbound lead quality and volume. I also led outreach and negotiation efforts with major national radio stations and newspapers to secure media placements, significantly amplifying the company’s visibility to a broader audience and strengthening our positioning in the competitive energy solutions market.

In addition to digital and media work, I managed a full website overhaul with an SEO-driven focus, which improved site performance, increased traffic, and supported content marketing efforts via regular blog planning. I also directed the planning and execution of corporate events to support business development and client relations. Beyond marketing, I brought creative direction to the office refurbishment project—designing interior graphics and mockups to reflect our revitalised brand—and produced video content for promotional campaigns. These visual and strategic initiatives collectively reinforced Improveasy’s growth and positioned the brand for long-term success.
